5 ways in which my human capital is unique
Cool-headed – I keep a cool head under stress and pressure that lets me make good decisions
Passionate – I am passionate about the work I do and will strive to do the best I can

1. Max – Max and I have been friends for a long time and have done a lot of collaborative projects together. He knows me very well and it was interesting to hear that we both think my level headed nature is beneficial.

2.  Mike – Mike and I have been friends for a long time as well so it was interesting hearing from his view. He mentioned that I am “quietly strong” which I feel is a good description of how I act diplomatically.

5. Stuart – Stuart and I brew beer together so he knows my beer brewing skills and my fixation on organization. I think he made some good points about hearing other people views

Reflection
The majority of what my friends say about me reflects how I see myself. It was interesting hearing their opinions about what my skills and abilities bring to the table. One thing that I would add is my organization skills that help me keep track of all the things that I need to do. Going back to my original list I wouldn’t change anything. I think my original fits me very well and describes my personality.

  1. Will,
I think it's great that you know yourself so well. That you could also add that you have an ability to communicate well. I feel this is a strong skill, especially when working on projects as part of a team or leading. I like that you found people to interview that are able to give objective points of view, instead of just family that would only give you positives. Not that that is bad, I just think that outside the family you sometimes get a clearer picture.

  2. Hi William,

I enjoyed hearing your interviews. It is awesome to know that you know about beer and breweries. How and why did you became fascinated with beer breweries? Glad to hear that you stay in control when it comes to being under pressure, I believe that is a very important characteristic trait to have. Seems that you interviewed the right people because they described you perfectly as you described yourself. 3. Hey Will,

I thought that you had some great interviews, and your friends really sounded like they knew you very well. I think your idea is awesome, and it blows my mind that someone my age knows so much about something that I honestly don't have the slightest clue about. I couldn't even begin to start brewing a beer, and you sound like you pretty much already have it down so that's awesome! It's crazy that so many people can be passionate about so many different things. 4. Hey William

I think your traits that make you unique are quite interesting. Each of them tie well together and individually, except maybe the beer one, but I'm sure that is still a good trait to have. It is true that your friends seemed to agree with your self analysis during the interviews. Nice job man! Check out my blog at http://jpmorgan15.blogspot.com/
